Days ago, as general assembly of the superstructure of the first 25t truck crane for Belarus was finished, the production of this machine was successfully completed in Changsha Quantang Industrial Park in Hunan Province, thus adding a new member to the product family of Zoomlion-MAZ joint venture.
The superstructure of the 25t truck crane for Belarus is one of the key projects of Zoomlion to respond to the “Belt and Road” initiative proposed by China and to integrate itself into the overseas localized operation. In May of 2015, Chinese President Xi Jinping and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko together witnessed that Zoomlion moved into Sino-Belarus Industrial Park—a flagship project of the Silk Road Economic Belt as one of the first Chinese enterprises. After moving into Sino-Belarus Industrial Park, Zoomlion has substantially promoted its cooperation with Belarus’s Ministry of Industry and MAZ group that is regulated by the Ministry of Industry, and established Zoomlion-MAZ joint venture. In 2015 and 2016, both sides have jointly developed 40t class and 60t class crane products as well as environmental & sanitation road sweepers, which achieve market access by successfully acquiring CU Certificate and OTTC Certificate. By virtue of excellent operating performance, sophisticated manufacturing techniques and exquisite appearance design, the products have gained broad attention and recognition in the CIS markets.
The new truck crane superstructure for Belarus is developed for the 25t class cranes that boast the largest market capacity and widest applications in the CIS markets after in-depth research analysis and demonstration by Zoomlion and MAZ as well as numerous data collections and market demand analysis. Various technical specifications of the product are superior to that of the competitors and can fully satisfy the demands of the CIS markets. The product not only expands the product spectrum of Zoomlion-MAZ joint venture in the CIS markets by filling in the blank of 25t class products, but also facilitates the joint venture’s long-term development by further improving Zoomlion’s brand recognition in the CIS markets, thus significantly promoting Zoomlion’s internalization process.
After factory debugging, this superstructure will be delivered to Zoomlion-MAZ joint venture in Belarus and be combined with the chassis produced by MAZ factory to complete the assembly of the whole machine, which will then make its grand debut at CTT 2017 to be held at the end of May.
