April 25, 2012
From April 16 to 21, the INTERMAT 2012 had been held in the exhibition center of North Villepinte, France. At the exhibition, the brand new rough terrain wheeled crane RT70E which is jointly researched and developed by XCMG and senior R&D institutes of Germany was favored by exhibitors from Belgium, Italy, Britain, France and other countries.
Integrating the flexibility of truck crane and the heavy loading of crawler crane, the rough terrain wheeled crane RT70E adopts two-bridge off-road chassis, two drive modes, four steering modes and with forward and reverse driving function and three lifting operation modes. Therefore it is especially adapted to operating in narrow field region. Creatively, RT70E employs China's cutting-edge technologies such as "compact arm stand", "swinging and rigid lock-up hydraulic suspension", "forward and reverse driving" and "multi-mode steering control". It has successfully passed the European CE and the cTUVus certification for high-end market of North America. A number of relevant key technologies have filled the blanks in China and broken the monopoly of foreign enterprises.
The customer feedback at INTERMAT on RT70E is very positive and active. XCMG's agents in Belgium think that the design of RT70E rough terrain wheeled crane is quite Europeanized and modern with novel appearance as well as compact structure, the overall paint works well and the details have been emphasized to reflect the spirit of innovation of XCMG for following the global trend, forging ahead and the strong courage and confidence to face the high-end market in Europe.
