Every day in 7:50, we could see that all the staff in the forklifts unit standing in the aisle spirited in groups. They study and arrange the tasks of the day together. They talk about how to manufacture safely and how to control the quality. They communicate with each other about their experience of operation and management. And then they will start the work energetically.

What’s more, the forklift company will hold a monthly morning meeting, in which the general manger Xie Yinghua will attend. He will analyze the current economic situation, deliver the new order from headquarter, summarize the work in last month, map out the new plan in the month, and reward the staff who have done a great job in last month.
