    According to the target that products should be off the assembly line in Brazilian manufacturing base in July set by Party Secretary Wang, XCMG Brazilian factory has jointly undertaken the Portuguese training project for staff dispatched to Brazil in cooperation with Crane Machinery Division, Scooptram Machinery Division and Road Machinery Division and under the coordination and command of the Group HR Department. This project is mainly oriented to the nearly 60 staff engaged in technology, quality, equipment operation and maintenance, assembly, etc, who are all outstanding technological and skilled talents from respective product division.

    This training takes practicality and effectiveness as principle and sets about training mainly from the two aspects of Portuguese and Brazilian culture. The training has rich and various contents. Besides basic pronunciation rules and simple grammars, it contains such common expressions in daily life as greetings, blessings, number, food and shopping. Recently, the training will also focus on the vocabulary of main products, processing flow and equipment tools, etc. of XCMG which is requisite for work. As the date when Brazilian factory goes into operation approaches, this team will surely be a new force in the internationalization strategy of the group.
