XCMG-BMG Assembling Project Getting Periodical Success in Central Asia

In this article, we will elaborate on XCMG’s cooperation with BMG, a dealer of XCMG in Central Asia. In 2013, the “XCMG-BMG Project on XCMG Equipment Assembling in Kazakhstan” was launched.

In Alma-Ata, southern capital of Kazakhstan, the assembling project kicked off according to XCMG Equipment’s SKD process requirements. As the project executor, KAS PV, subordinate to BMG, has achieved steady equipment assembling output by virtue of its reasonable production process, advanced construction installation equipment and highly efficient quality inspection flow. They have received warm welcome from customs union and members of the Commonwealth of the Independent States.

So far, KAS PV has successfully assembled a lot of XCMG products that sell well in Kazakhstan, such as loader, grader, road roller, excavator, and backhoe loader etc.

In terms of market shares, XCMG runs far ahead of its counterparts in Kazakhstan. Since the economy in the Republic of Kazakhstan is developing steadily and infrastructure construction in this country is taking off, there will be a ceaseless stream of demands for construction machinery. Kazakhstanis set to host the 2017 World Expo in Astana, and its 2025 National Industrial Planning Program is being implemented at an accelerated rate. Hence, it will be of far-reaching significance for XCMG to localize the equipment assembling. In addition, BMG, as one of XCMG's top 10 overseas dealers, has made significant contributions to XCMG for its expansion in Kazakhstan since 2001 when it cooperated with XCMG.
